Warehouse Sale Details

Hi ladies!

Love, Bonito is proud to present our Mid-Year Warehouse Sale to all our valued customers. This year’s warehouse sale will be located at a central location in Raffles Place and boast a 6000 sq ft fully air-conditioned space for your shopping convenience and comfort.

Prior to the upcoming massive warehouse sale, do take some time to go through the pointers below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Mode of Payment

  • Cash only

*ATM machines of various banks are located at the basement of the building and Raffles Place MRT Station

Terms & Conditions

  • VRV Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for any personal damages or losses
  • There will strictly be no exchanges or refunds for items purchased from this sale
  • Please kindly check all the items before leaving the venue
  • Strictly no trying of apparel
  • Bags will be cable-tied to safeguard your belongings. We highly encourage you to bring small purses
  • Kindly note that we will NOT attend to any product exchanges liaised over emails at the sale venue

Our office will be closed from 5th to 9th July and operations will resume on 10th July 2012.

We seek your kind understanding and co-operation.

Love, Bonito Updates!

Hi Ladies,

We are pleased to provide you with some changes and updates happening at Love, Bonito starting from the month of June. Do kindly take the time to read through these updates and have a fantastic summer ahead!

First up!

Love, Bonito will begin offering our valued customers an All-New direct mailing courier service, sending parcels straight to your doorstep within 2 working days! This new service will start from 4th June 2012, 8pm, at a flat rate of only $4*, and comprise of 3 flexible delivery timeslots to choose from at your convenience.

Monday to Friday:
Morning: 9am to 1pm
Afternoon: 1pm to 6pm
Night: 6pm to 9pm

Secondly, do note that we will no longer be accepting ATM Transfer Payments with effect from 1st June 2012.  All payment should be made via PayPal or Internet Banking.

Thirdly, all Exchanges* have to be mailed back to us within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered. To aid the speed of exchange, kindly check your items upon receiving them and email our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

Lastly, we’ve made some minor amendments to Love, Bonito’s Terms and Conditions. Kindly refer to it for the latest updates.
