1) Administrative Executive

Job Scope:

• Assistance in all administrative tasks required by the company

Requirements:

• Full-Time Position Only
• No working experience needed
• At least 18 years of age, minimum ‘O’ level certificate
• Tech Savvy
• Responsible, diligent, pays attention to details and initiative

2) Accounts Executive

Job Scope:

• Manage full set of accounts, GST related matters and monthly management report
• Prepare Budgets.
• Analyse performance of projects and business units.
• Assist in any other financial matters and general administration.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI certification or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a computerized environment
• Meticulous with analytical skills, self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially MS Excel; MS Access
• Good team player and communication skills
• Positive attitude and able to work fast to meet deadline
• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
