Hi Ladies,

We will be holding two rounds of meet-up sessions during this Christmas season in order for you to receive your items in time! The venue of collection will be at our office premises. Further details regarding directions can be found below. The stipulated timings are as follows:

Venue: 68 Kallang Pudding Road SYH Logistics Building #03-02
22^nd December (Thu): 12:00PM to 8:30PM
23^rd December (Fri): 12:00PM to 5:00PM

Directions: By train – Aljunied MRT Station, By bus (from Aljunied MRT Station) – 62 or 100

**Kindly adhere strictly to the timings, as our office will be closed thereafter.

Steps to a fuss-free collection:

1. Please print out the order form and pass it to our friendly pixies serving you.
2. Kindly check your items before leaving to ensure that the correct size/colour have been collected. Should there by any defects, a one-to-one exchange will be facilitated on the spot.

**There will be strictly no changes of size and/or color.
***Exchanges will not be entertained. Please email our customer service team for assistance.

We would need you to take note of the following terms for the meet-up. Kindly take some time to read through these for a smoother process of collection.

Terms of Self-Collection During Meet-Up

• All payments are to be in and verified by the day of collection. Please make payment via Paypal OR Internet banking from DBS/POSB accounts only.
• As inter-bank payments take 2-3 working days to be processed, kindly arrange for an alternate mode of payment.
• Strictly no cash payment will be accepted.

Terms of Local Free Regular Postage

• Offer is only valid upon entering code, “FREE2011” at checkout. Reimbursement will not be done if code is not utilized at checkout.
• Promotion is only applicable to local regular postage within Singapore.
• Offer ends 23rd December 2012, 1400H (GMT0800)
