Job Scope:

• Assist in all administrative tasks required by the company
• Replying of customers’ emails

Requirements:

• Full-Time Position Only
• Only Singaporeans/PR may apply
• No working experience needed
• At least 18 years of age, minimum ‘O’ level certificate
• Tech Savvy
• Responsible, diligent, pays attention to details and initiative

Dear Ladies,

After much deliberation on the valuable feedback given by you, Love, Bonito will no longer be launching new arrivals on a per launch / per collection basis!

Love, Bonito will be taking away our launch system because it will effectively decrease the problems that arise during a peak in traffic when we launch new collections. This will also grant our Customer Service team a quicker response time to in order to serve you better.

We will continue to provide previews on New Arrivals via our Facebook page. This will happen every Monday, beginning 8th April 2013. Backorders will also be opened for popular items, while Restocks will be done on a weekly basis. You can get instant updates on our weekly New Arrivals through Love, Bonito’s mailer and our various social media platforms such as our Twitter, Blog and Instagram accounts.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your very kind support thus far! Love, Bonito will continue to strive to enhance your shopping experience with us. Do stay tuned for the exciting lineups and features we have in store for you!

With effect from Friday, 29th of March 2013, the following changes in our Terms & Conditions will take place. We will cease to provide Size Exchanges, instead, Returns for shoes and apparel will be provided for in the form of a14 days stored credit.

For customers who have received confirmation for size exchange before Friday, 29th March 2013, your request will be processed as agreed. Term & Conditions for Defective/Fault Item(s) and Incorrect Item(s) received will remain the same.

Size Exchanges for Incorrect Size purchased:

- With effect of 29th March 2013, Love, Bonito will cease providing Size Exchanges.

RETURNS for Incorrect Size Purchased:

- Only applicable to Apparel and Shoes. This will exclude Sale Merchandise, Swimwear, Bags, Accesories and Intimates. Returns will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)*

*Returns for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

- All Returns have to be mailed back within 10 working days from the date parcel was delivered. Kindly mail the item back to us via Registered Mail/ Courier and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel**

**Love Bonito will not be liable for any loss Normal Mail.

- Stored Credit will only last for 14days. Any request for an extension will be declined.

- We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns

- Love, Bonito will not be providing any Returns should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
